We are not able to set up new patients. Both the "new patient" and
"new patient wizard" buttons are inactive (nothing happens on clicking these buttons). Please fix or explain the functionality?

Solution: After entering the patient's search info and performing a search, the new patient wizard can be used. All the fields will be copied to avoid re-entering the data that was entered in the search criteria.
Explanation: These buttons are disabled by design. The user has to search for the patient. These buttons are enabled only after a search is performed. When there is a large data, this helps in avoiding duplicate patients and that's the reason the buttons are disabled.
